Before Cooshey Cake n’ Art became what it is today, it started simply with cassava cakes and dream cakes. Back then, Dream Cake by Princess came first, built on a love for baking and a goal to create desserts people would genuinely enjoy and come back for.

As we grew, so did our vision. What started small gradually evolved into what is now Cooshey, expanding from simple dessert boxes into more detailed and customized cake creations. Along the way, our branch at Corner Espina Zabala Street became an important part of that growth—where we continued to refine our craft and serve our community.

Today, we’re taking another step forward with our branch at The Midpoint. This new space allows us to accommodate more orders, explore more designs, and bring our work to even more people—while staying consistent with the quality and attention to detail we’ve always focused on.

From our early days of cassava and dream cakes to where we are now, every step has been shaped by continuous improvement and your support. We’re here to keep creating and serving you—now at both Corner Espina Zabala Street and The Midpoint.
